**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (Online Accts)
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and navigate various systems and software
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, including attendance, break, and lunch requirements
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will need to possess:
* Prior call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
* Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
* Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with accuracy and speed
* Great attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
* Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* A broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up), with a hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
* A minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload
