**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identifying the type of assistance they need
* Resolving issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems and providing accurate responses
* Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to build strong relationships with providers and their staff
* Completing documentation to track provider issues and report overall trends
* Interacting with providers to develop relationships and manage a high volume of calls while developing knowledge of various products and benefits
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answering phone calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Navigating complex computer systems to identify and resolve issues
* Providing accurate and helpful information to healthcare providers and their staff
* Building strong relationships with providers and their staff through positive interactions
* Completing documentation to track provider issues and report overall trends
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
* Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
* Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
* Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday
**Nice-to-Haves**
* 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
* Prior healthcare experience
