Contact Center Account Specialist Overview Citadel is seeking an experienced Contact Center Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling our products and services. ? Respond to inbound phone and multimedia inquiries, meeting established metrics and service level agreements. ? Maintain advanced knowledge of Citadel's product lines to provide accurate recommendations and troubleshoot service issues. ? Identify customer needs through conversations and account reviews, promoting cross-selling opportunities and generating qualified referrals to other departments when necessary. ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. ?
