**Your Role**
As a Customer Care & Revenue Manager at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients in Northern America, helping them optimize their revenue management strategies and fully leverage our platform. Your expertise will drive customer success, ensuring clients not only meet their goals but exceed them, while you collaborate with our product team to shape the future of our system.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to hotel clients in Northern America, ensuring they achieve their revenue goals and maximize their use of our platform
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their challenges and goals, and develop tailored pricing strategies to meet their needs
* Collaborate with our product team to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in our platform
* Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable recommendations to clients on pricing strategies and revenue management best practices
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex
* Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
**Requirements**
* C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills
* Currently based in Northern America (East Coast or Central timezone)
* A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation
* Prior experience as a Revenue Manager in the Hotel Industry
* Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess customer needs, and offer actionable recommendations
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly educating clients on strategies, system functionalities, and best practices
* Calm under pressure, able to manage urgent or challenging client inquiries with professionalism
* A customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of the challenges and goals faced by hospitality businesses, acting as a trusted advisor
