Position Overview – Coach Membership Manager (Remote)

The Coach Membership Manager will serve as the strategic leader for our Coach Membership program, ensuring exceptional content quality, seamless delivery, and measurable impact across our community of educators and mentors. This role blends program management, content strategy, data‑driven analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction within the membership ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director of Membership Services, you will partner closely with product, sales, and partner success teams to translate market needs into compelling coaching experiences. Your expertise will guide a dynamic team of Coach Mentors, empower sales partners with deep product knowledge, and shape the strategic roadmap for the Coach Membership offering.
