Position Overview – Coach Membership Manager (Remote)
The Coach Membership Manager will serve as the strategic leader for our Coach Membership program, ensuring exceptional content quality, seamless delivery, and measurable impact across our community of educators and mentors. This role blends program management, content strategy, data‑driven analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction within the membership ecosystem.
Reporting to the Director of Membership Services, you will partner closely with product, sales, and partner success teams to translate market needs into compelling coaching experiences. Your expertise will guide a dynamic team of Coach Mentors, empower sales partners with deep product knowledge, and shape the strategic roadmap for the Coach Membership offering.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own
- Program Leadership & Community Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the Coach Membership community, including event scheduling, member onboarding, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Development & Quality Assurance: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Coach Mentors, establishing clear performance metrics, conducting regular quality audits, and fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Identify emerging coaching needs, collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts, and manage the end‑to‑end production of high‑impact coaching materials, webinars, toolkits, and resources.
- Data‑Driven Insight & Forecasting: Analyze membership usage, engagement, and satisfaction data; generate quarterly reports for senior leadership; and forecast content adjustments based on predictive analytics.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Membership Leaders across product lines to develop an integrated support network, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless member experience across all offerings.
- RFP Support & Coaching Plans: Work with the Director of RFPs to craft compelling coaching proposals, tailoring plans to prospective clients and supporting win‑through strategies.
- Quality Issue Resolution: Implement proactive quality assurance processes that identify and mitigate potential issues before they affect members, maintaining high service standards.
- Travel & Representation: Attend occasional domestic meetings, conferences, and team events (approximately 10% travel) to represent the Coach Membership program and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications – What We Require
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational coaching or mentorship role, with at least 3 years in a partner‑facing, EdTech, or SaaS environment.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to establish, communicate, and track performance and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success managing complex projects, deadlines, and cross‑functional teams with a self‑directed, results‑oriented approach.
