Remote Position for a Certified Pharmacy Technician Job Overview... Join our healthcare startup as a dedicated Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician on a 6-month contract. You will support our team under the guidance of the Pharmacist Team Lead and the Head of Operations, focusing on enhancing patient care through proactive communication. Key Responsibilities ? Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies for case interventions ? Obtain and record health and contact information ? Schedule appointments and resolve medication-related issues ? Engage with patients to provide support ? Handle inbound customer support requests and prepare correspondence ? Perform other assigned duties as necessary Qualifications ? Certified Pharmacy Technician ? Bilingual in English and Spanish ? Experience managing 40-50+ adherence-related calls per day ? Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ? Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently ? Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time) Preferred Qualifications ?
