As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing comfort, reassurance, and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations. Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete 21 days of new hire training and pass all required compliance testing
- Monitor high-volume medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls with genuine concern
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations, determining response requirements and relative priorities
- Answer customer questions, troubleshoot alarm systems, and record details of calls and dispatches
- Maintain access to and security of highly sensitive materials
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment (heavy phone volume and/or data entry a plus)
- Minimum download and upload speeds: 5Mbps/2Mbps
- Ability to accurately type 35wpm
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Ability to learn new technology and processes
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems (a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
