The Business Operations Representative I will ensure data integrity for new restaurant clients by verifying contracts and managing the transition to the Onboarding team.
Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy
- Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance
- Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey
- Own the high-volume 'sprint' at the end of each sales cycle. You will manage an influx of deals to ensure all customer contracts are officially processed and booked by the month-end deadline
Skills
- Based in the Pacific Time Zone or ability to work PST hours
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence prioritizing and making time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency
- Relentless problem-solver
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
