The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct process analysis and identify efficiency improvements
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and reports
• Analyze data to support strategic and operational decisions
• Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to implement solutions
• Create dashboards and presentations for management review
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation
Skills
• Master's degree in Business, Analytics, IT, Economics, or related field (Dec 2025)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Understanding of business processes and SDLC
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• You are a novice in SQL, SDLC (Software development life cycle), Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Business analysis
• You have the potential to develop in Tableau
• English - Conversational
