Job Overview We are a progressive business management firm operating fully remotely, dedicated to delivering exceptional bookkeeping and accounting services to small businesses. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced bookkeeper who possesses a genuine passion for providing high-quality financial support and contributing to the financial prosperity of our clients. Key Responsibilities ? Maintain financial records with a focus on accuracy using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. ? Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. ? Prepare, analyze, and extract insights from financial reports to inform decision-making. ? Identify and rectify discrepancies within income and expense accounts promptly. ? Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes as required. ? Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with timely tax payments. ? Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows and support overall company operations. ? Exhibit strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Required Skills ? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential. ? Comprehensive understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. ? Capability to prepare, review, and interpret financial reports. ? Experience in tax filing and payroll management is important. ? Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to precision and efficiency. ? Exceptional multitasking skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Qualifications ? Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is essential. ? A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
