Key Responsibilities ? Partner with business administrators and accountants to ensure precise financial transaction documentation. ? Oversee the workflow of accounts payable and receivable across diverse business lines. ? Provide analytical insights regarding collections and expenditures to the leadership team. ? Collaborate with operations leadership to create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our business processes. Required Skills ? Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. ? A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CPA capacity is required. ? A mature and responsible demeanor, capable of managing tasks with high precision across multiple business lines. ? Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications ? Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. ?
