Position Overview: Remote Behavioral Technician – Accelerated ABA Training Program
This full‑time, work‑from‑home role places you in the heart of the therapeutic process, delivering one‑on‑one (1:1) ABA sessions in the homes of children on the autism spectrum. You will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), applying evidence‑based techniques, collecting critical data, and helping families implement individualized treatment plans. The position includes a paid, intensive training curriculum designed to fast‑track your competence and confidence as a Behavioral Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver In‑Home ABA Therapy: Conduct one‑on‑one sessions using discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and behavior support strategies prescribed by the supervising BCBA.
- Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately record behavior, skill acquisition, and progress data during each session; enter information into our secure electronic health record (EHR) system within required timelines.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or active enrollment) in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct 1:1 experience with children—either in ABA, special education, paraprofessional, direct support, or related roles.
- Certification Support: Willingness to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential; the company will provide financial assistance and supervision for certification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities, with the capacity to convey complex behavioral concepts in clear, parent‑friendly language.
