Responsibilities: 1. **Lead Management:** - Act as the first point of contact for all incoming leads, promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms. - Assess and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively connect them with the most suitable real estate agent within our brokerage. 2. **Call Handling:** - Manage and route inbound calls to the appropriate agents or departments. - Provide basic information about our services and offerings to potential clients. 3. **Appointment Scheduling:** - Coordinate and schedule appointments between leads and real estate agents. - Ensure accurate and timely entry of appointments into our system. 4. **Customer Service:** - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions. 5. **Data Entry and Organization:** - Input and update lead information and interactions in our CRM system. - Keep detailed records of appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 6. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with the real estate agents and other team members to ensure effective communication and seamless lead handoffs. 7. **Adaptability:** - Adapt to changes in workflow and assist with additional tasks or projects as needed.
