- Learn the software architecture behind today's mobile phone calls and explore how it continues to evolve
- Contribute new ideas to expand and improve our team's efficiency by utilizing the latest technology
- Work with initiative and effectiveness in a hybrid environment
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex, non-routine tasks and approach them with fresh perspectives
Skills
- Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, etc., or a related field with an accredited school in the USA
- Active student status for at least one year, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in the Naperville, IL office during the internship
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer term
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong teamwork mindset with a collaborative and professional attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable work
- Knowledge of UNIX systems; familiarity with IP networking, Linux, programming, containerization, and virtualization is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn
