Description: ??Proposal manager leads the proposal process for federal procurement opportunities. ??Collaborate with market leaders and program directors to develop proposals. ??Manage schedules, organize resources, and ensure compliance in proposals. ??Mentor proposal coordinators and participate in industry trade organizations. Requirements: ??BA/BS in relevant field and 5-7 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience. ??Specific federal/government proposal experience and federal contracting vehicle knowledge required (FAR/DFARS, GSA, OASIS+, SF330, etc.). ??Prior experience creating proposals for the DoD and non-DoD agencies. ??Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment, positively influence others, and develop strong internal and external relationships. ??Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. ??Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat. ??Excellent problem-solving skills, time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills. ??You thrive working in a fast-paced, highly driven environment and can adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities. ??A high level of self-motivation.
