A product manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to take next-level ownership over key areas of Freecash. In this role, you will make product changes on Freecash to drive impact for our mobile gaming partners and beyond.

• Own and drive the roadmap of your team aligned with our business goals.

• Discover key opportunities and execute on them.

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

• Deeply understand user and business problems to create impactful solutions.

• Leverage data tools such as Amplitude, Hex and Looker to make data-driven decisions.

• Take on increasing ownership as you demonstrate success, with opportunities to shape strategy and influence key business decisions in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

• You have strong communication and leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data teams, designers, and business development, to drive alignment and results.

• You have a data-driven mindset: A solid background in data with hands-on experience leading and collaborating on data-focused initiatives.

• You are hypothesis-driven: Capable of independently testing ideas and working with developers & data to create features that align with our goals & strategy.

• End-to-end ownership: The roadmap, the initiatives, the metrics, the outcomes, … you own it all.

• You have excellent execution skills: Ability to execute initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring the right trade-offs between time and effort, and alignment with our goals.

• You have domain knowledge: Experience in the mobile gaming and/or advertising industry (b2c).

• A track record of impact: Demonstrated success in delivering products in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong bias for action
