Part-Time Remote Position: Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist

We??e seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist. This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, lead generation, or sales, who is comfortable using AI tools and can work independently. Key Responsibilities: ??Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads via WhatsApp, primarily from Instagram ad campaigns. ??Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for real-time translations, crafting responses, and drafting rebuttals when engaging with non-English-speaking leads. ??Guide leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking. ??Enter and maintain lead information accurately in our Airtable CRM. ??Provide occasional follow-up to existing clients as needed. Requirements: ??Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above). ??Experience in customer service, sales, or lead handling preferred. ??Comfortable using AI tools to support communication and workflow. ??Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms is a plus. ??Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
