We're seeking a highly organized, motivated, and resourceful Project Manager to join our team at Workwarp. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and warm communication
- Guide clients through the project process, including website training, leading meetings, and extracting insights to position projects for success
- Build and manage project timelines, ensuring our team is on track and deadlines are met
- Strategically overlap schedules to optimize work time and client deadlines
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience in Project Coordination/Management, with marketing experience a plus
- Agency or similar setting experience, with a background in managing detailed projects, coordinating teams and vendors, and client communication
- Independent, honest, and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive mindset, open to new challenges, and a humble approach to leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizing deadlines
- Experience with online project management tools, shared documents, and Google Drive
Position Details:
- Part-time position (30 hours per week)
- 99% remote work arrangement, with occasional commute to Raleigh, NC (approximately 1% of the time)
