As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data, and you will have the chance to work with a variety of internal and external systems.

About the Opportunity

This is a 3-4 month contract position, but it has the potential to be extended or lead to a permanent role. Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Data Entry Specialist to work on a part-time schedule, and we are committed to providing you with the necessary support and resources to succeed in this role.

Our client will provide all the necessary equipment to work remotely, and you will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on the arrangement that suits you best. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $16 and $21, based on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into internal and external systems accurately and efficiently, as provided by our team.
• Input and load client employee payroll information and personal employee data into databases in a timely manner.
• Update client and company-level information, such as delivery address changes and contact information updates, to maintain accurate account data.
• Ensure the integrity of client taxes by inputting State Unemployment Insurance rate changes.
• Perform other data-related tasks as required by our team.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
• Previous experience working with internal and external databases, and a familiarity with data entry best practices.
