The successful candidate will primarily be engaged in outbound calling, client engagement, and booking appointments, providing essential support to our team and customers. Responsibilities... ? Engage with clients through outbound calls, building rapport and providing excellent customer service ? Schedule and manage appointments effectively using calendar management tools ? Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data ? Maintain a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively ? Use basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks ? Proactively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction ? Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary ? Maintain customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency ? Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date ? Work within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours.? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook ? Basic understanding of office equipment and office skills ? Experience in outbound sales is a must ? Ability to manage scheduling and booking appointments effectively ? Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments ? Excellent phone etiquette is required ?
