About the Role: The outbound calling agent will be responsible for cold-calling home care agencies (offices) across the United States. We are looking for one person to work 20 hours per week within the following hours: 9 am-5 pm Eastern time (Mon-Fri). This is a fully remote position. The agent will be provided a list of agencies to call with the goals being to 1) identify the right decision maker in each office and 2) successfully set up a follow-up sales meeting with the right decision maker. For every follow-up meeting that is scheduled AND conducted, the agent in this role will receive a commission bonus. What you'll do: ? Cold-call 10-15 agencies every hour ? Document and organize your outbound calls in order to ensure proper follow-up and detailed next-steps ? Set up sales meetings for your direct supervisor We are looking for: ? Flexible problem solver and ability to pick up things quickly ? 2-3 years of related work experience ? Fluency in Spanish is a plus ? Experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry is a plus
