We are seeking a proactive Online Chat Support Specialist to enhance our call center operations and HR processes. This crucial role ensures smooth daily operations and contributes to a positive workplace culture by providing real-time assistance and support through online chat platforms. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team. Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance. Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations. Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff. Track and report on employee training... progress. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws. Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover. Support & Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives. Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
