Job Summary

Job Description
In this role, you will interact directly with passengers, helping to create a positive travel experience. From greeting guests at the boarding gate to assisting with in-flight needs, you will be the face of Delta Airlines, representing our commitment to outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers as they board and assist with seating arrangements.
- Provide in-flight service, including meal and beverage distribution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Assist with boarding and deplaning processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
