Now Hiring: Virtual Special Education Coordinator for New Hampshire Schools Position Overview: VocoVision is seeking a Virtual Special Education Coordinator to manage the development and implementation of special education programs for students in a virtual setting. This role involves collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to create IEPs, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide professional development. Key Responsibilities: ??Develop, review, and update IEPs for virtual students. ??Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and other laws. ??Facilitate communication between school staff, parents, and service providers. ??Track progress on IEP goals and prepare reports. ??Provide training and support to virtual educators. ??Advocate for students with disabilities to ensure access to necessary support. Qualifications: ??Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters preferred). ??New Hampshire Special Education certification. ??3+ years of special education experience in New Hampshire (virtual experience a plus). ??Familiar with IDEA, 504 Plans, and virtual education tools. ??Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: ??Experience with IEP software. ??Leadership or coordination experience. ??Knowledge of trauma-informed practices.
