We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to customers through our website and/or app chat platform. As a key part of the customer service team, you will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues quickly and professionally??ntirely through written communication. Key Responsibilities: ??Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. ??Assist customers with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting. ??Identify and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments. ??Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful tone in all written communication. ??Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system. ??Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and policies. ??Meet or exceed daily chat performance metrics (e.g. response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction). Qualifications: ??High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. ??Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus. ??Excellent written communication, spelling, and grammar skills. ??Strong typing speed and accuracy (usually 40+ WPM). ??Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously. ??Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and web-based systems. ??Customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills. ??Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
