This role is centered on driving customer service excellence through team leadership, managing escalated issues, and contributing to service strategy and process improvements. arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly range for this role is $19.47 - $38.08 per hour, depending on location and experience.
