**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our quality control processes, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. You'll work closely with our quality control team to drive member satisfaction, develop member campaigns, and manage evaluation reviews. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement member campaigns to drive member satisfaction and engagement
* Manage evaluation reviews to ensure data accuracy and quality
* Work with supplier control and procurement to implement member outreach campaigns
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
* Act as a quality champion, measuring and tracking the effectiveness of work processes that impact customer satisfaction, clinical cost management, and operational efficiency
* Conduct quality evaluations/audits to measure compliance with published rules, strategies, customer, and regulatory recommendations
* Identify and distribute errors to business partners
* Assist with the day-to-day protection and operations of assigned functional unit
* Perform analysis of data to identify trends and communicate insights to stakeholders
* May perform or assist with special tasks/reviews
* Provide technical or subject matter expertise regarding policies, strategies, and feature-related programs/systems equipment
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, and/or other healthcare-related experience
* Customer service or call center experience
* Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* 2+ years of experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and programs; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree
* QNXT experience
* Task management experience
* Analytic experience
