About the job ESSENTIAL DUTIES ??Promoting sales of products to new and existing accounts through inbound and outbound sales activities to meet and exceed territory sales objectives. ??Educates customers on product information including function, specifications, purpose, and developments in product design. ??Rigorously follows a daily schedule/plan to consistently meet expectation for calls and administrative work to achieve sales and service level objectives. ??Is solutions-minded, confidently delivers sales pitch that highlights the superiority of all company?? products and builds strong brand awareness. ??Is the primary point of contact for the end user and dealer reps within the territory, building positive customer relationships and ensuring customer needs are met. ??Employs intelligent use of technology and planning to expand the volume and quality of new leads. ??Effectively manages sales pipeline with appropriate horizon of targets and activities to achieve current and ongoing growth objectives consistently. ??Develops and maintains contact within the industry, reporting essential insights to management. ??Enter all necessary customer activity in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database. ??May perform other duties as required.
