Inbound Call Center Sales Agent - Personal Insurance

We are looking for candidates who either have a Personal Lines License or are willing to obtain during our training program (study time and exam provided). ? Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections. ? Our customer-centric approach guides all our actions. ? We place the customer at the center of everything we do. Requirements: ? 2 + years proven track record in sales is required; ? Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. ? Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, including up to 20-25 inbound calls per day. ? Ability to maintain all state licenses and terminate all prior carrier relationships as applicable. ? Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. ? Internet: High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload and your internet provider supplied device is to be hard-wired to the Hartford issued router and/or computer. ?
