Resolve patient issues independently with a goal of first-call resolution. Required Qualifications ? Strong customer service skills with excellent written and oral communication. ? Active listening skills with a high degree of empathy. ? Ability to remain calm and helpful when dealing with upset patients. ? Patient-centric mindset and urgency in solving patient requests. ? Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications ? Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak). ? Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound customer service call center. ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Ability to handle high call volume and multitask while providing exceptional customer experience. ? Experience with E-Clinical Works or other electronic medical records systems (Epic, Athena Health, NextGen). ? Familiarity with virtual contact center solutions (8?8, Genesys, Ring Central, Five/9, etc.). ? Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA. Work Hours ? Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work-At-Home Requirements ? Internet service must meet a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps. ? Approved satellite, cellular, and microwave connections may be used. ?
