Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reporting to support HR functions, including employee data, benefits, and performance management.
• Configure, enhance, and test HRIS systems, such as SAP/EC, to ensure seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
• Provide customer support to internal and external clients, resolving issues and addressing queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the HRIS team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure data integrity and drive business outcomes.
• Design and execute ad-hoc reports to retrieve data from multiple sources, using tools like Microsoft Excel, Access, and Business Intelligence software.
• Analyze historical HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support HRIS projects, including testing, documentation, and implementation, and coordinate project activities with various teams.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP/EC, and a proven track record of configuring, enhancing, and testing these systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, trends, and exceptions to drive business outcomes.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills like data formatting, chart creation, and formula development.
