• Meeting and exceeding departmental performance goals, including average speed of answer, service level, and abandonment rate.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to departmental and organizational guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need:

• A High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience; some college education is preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
• The ability to type 45 words per minute while speaking with customers on the phone.
