Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. ? Oversee and implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. ? Handle employee relations, address employee concerns, and provide support in conflict resolution. ? Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans. ? Recruitment: ? Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and select qualified candidates for various roles. ? Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. ? Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. ? Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. ? Client Management: ? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships. ?
