AthenaHealth SME Fully remote contract to permanent opportunity for a AthenaHealth Subject Matter Expert / Super User! We are seeking candidates who have strong AthenaHealth application expertise to support our client with the following: - Direct client-facing work and system/account setup - Creating educational content and training materials - Leading and moderating community discussions and onboarding calls - Assist with building out onboarding materials and training resources ahead of our client-s AthenaHealth go-live in Q3 2025 This position would start as a part-time role (20 hours per wk) with full-time (40 hours) potential in the first few months of employment. Want to learn more? Then you should contact Elite Technical right away for consideration! Required Skills - AthenaHealth Super User - Must be familiar with the AthenaHealth systems. Can create accounts/get people set up in the system. We'd expect them to be familiar with a majority of Athena's UI components as well. - Customer Service Abilities - Able to interact with clients (in this case would be internal employees (admins, providers etc) and potentially patients in the future) - Must have experience in supporting the generation of materials and/or revising the materials in a meaningful way. Must have a lot of experience with training and managing training calls and live troubleshooting of the AthenaHealth system.
