As the Head of Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Ndax’s strategic initiatives to attract and retain institutional clients. In this high-impact role, you will oversee a growing team of sales professionals, build strong industry partnerships, and ensure that Ndax remains at the forefront of institutional crypto adoption in Canada and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Ndax’s institutional client base (hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, etc.).
    • Identify new market opportunities, formulate go-to-market plans, and establish competitive positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Finance) to ensure alignment with Ndax’s broader strategic goals.
    • Drive end-to-end sales efforts: from pipeline generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
    • Serve as the primary contact for high-value institutional clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed swiftly.
    • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic guidance on cryptocurrency markets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving regulations, particularly within Canada’s regulatory landscape.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet all necessary requirements and maintain high standards of trust and security.
    • Identify and forge strategic partnerships that strengthen Ndax’s position in the institutional segment (e.g., technology vendors, liquidity providers, custodians).
    • Represent Ndax at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand recognition and market reach.
