Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the continued success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Teach middle-class families about financial literacy and empower them to make informed decisions about their financial futures
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis with members to understand their unique financial situations and goals
- Educate members on benefits, products, and options to help them make informed decisions about their financial well-being
- Assist clients in completing applications and benefit programs to ensure seamless onboarding and support
- Mentor and teach upcoming team members procedures to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer
- Monitor and track results on performance and make data-driven decisions to increase productivity and drive business growth
