Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using hotel management software. ? Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. ? Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. ? Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. ? Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. ? Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by creating a positive experience for all guests. Requirements ? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred. ? Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions. ?
