About the Role We need a Head of Growth / E-Commerce CMO (Consultant) with a strong background in high-revenue DTC e-commerce to drive strategy and execution. This role is hourly, flexible, and NDA-protected, making it ideal for: ? Marketing leaders between roles looking to stay engaged ? Leverage CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV to refine marketing spend and drive performance. ? SOP Creation & Process Improvement ? Help streamline workflows and optimize scalable marketing operations. ?
