Facebook Ads Manager — Scale Existing Campaigns + Build New Winning Funnels
About Us
Prospecting Partners helps financial advisors & insurance agents scale through LinkedIn automation. We’re currently at $40K/month and have multiple outbound systems with active setters feeding the pipeline.
We’ve recently increased our Facebook Ads budget to $5K/month (up from $1,500/month). Since doing so, we’ve noticed a drop in lead quality, and we want someone who can diagnose, fix, and scale the campaign while also building a second high-performing campaign in a similar niche from scratch for the same offer.
This role is for someone with real scaling experience, not just ad launching.
You’ll take ownership of:
1. Our existing campaigns
• Tighten targeting
• Improve lead quality
• Restore profitable CPL/CPA
• Scale spend intelligently back toward strong ROAS
2. A brand-new campaign
• Build a full new Facebook campaign in a closely related niche
• Create and test new angles, creatives, and funnels
• Rapidly optimize toward booked calls and revenue
You’re walking into a system that has worked — and we need you to take it to the next level.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize current Facebook campaigns
• Diagnose why lead quality dropped and fix it
• Scale ad spend while protecting and improving ROI
• Build a second campaign from scratch (same offer, similar niche)
• Test and optimize creatives, angles, copy, audiences, and funnels
• Track and report on key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, booked call rate, show rate
• Collaborate with setters/closers to ensure lead quality matches sales needs
• Proactively find opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and profitability
Requirements
• Proven ability to scale profitable Facebook campaigns past $10K+/month in ad spend
• Experience fixing lead quality issues at higher budgets
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization
• Experience with high-ticket or service-based offers
• Data-driven, analytical, and able to iterate rapidly
• Self-starter who can think strategically and execute fast
