What We’re Looking For
✔ Based on the East Coast (NYC area preferred)
✔ A can-do attitude with the drive to make things happen
✔ Strong people skills — confident, warm, and relationship-led
✔ Experience managing and delivering high-quality events
✔ A natural salesperson — comfortable reaching out, building relationships, and securing interest
✔ Ability to work remotely while staying connected and responsive
What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Supporting the delivery of a major US awards ceremony in New York
✨ Liaising with sponsors, partners, venues, suppliers, judges, and finalists
✨ Driving table sales, ticket sales, and partnership conversations
✨ Managing event timelines, logistics, and operations
✨ Ensuring outstanding guest experiences from start to finish
