Job Summary
As a Work-at-Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
Responsibilities
As a Work-at-Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be expected to:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including contact details and service history
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Qualifications
To be successful as a Work-at-Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
Work Environment
As a Work-at-Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the following requirements:
- A private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
- A dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
- A reliable high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
- A computer and headset, provided by Alorica
