**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you will be responsible for:
Engaging the Virtual Audience
* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for a positive and inclusive experience.
* Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
* Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Live Session Moderation
* Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers.
* Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests.
* Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule.
* Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
Community Building
* Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included.
* Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.
