Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier experiences to our clients when they need it most. Your primary responsibility will be to empathetically assist clients in navigating various post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order updates. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with clients who reach out to us through inbound calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. You must be able to read, write, and comprehend Spanish and English. An understanding of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent is also required. arenaflex needs to ensure your success, and our training is 100% required. We can't accommodate any misses, downtime, or lateness during this time.
