Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism. A majority of the inbound calls are from members who are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work an 8-hour shift during our hours of operation, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings. You should be proficient in using Windows and MS Office, with excellent PC skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
