Essential Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required. We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
