**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate product information, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
