About the Role: Virtual Assistant for Marketing
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team in a client-facing capacity. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Virtual Assistant for Marketing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our marketing efforts and providing top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Regularly interact with clients via email and Skype to understand their needs, provide status updates, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Training and Support: Train other virtual assistants in marketing as needed, sharing your expertise and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence across major platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent content quality and design.
- Content Editing and Review: Collaborate with content writers to edit marketing collateral, such as web pages, emails, blog posts, and case studies, for grammar, tone, and style.
- Quality Assurance: Review client website designs, ads, campaigns, and other deliverables to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.
- SEO Optimization: Apply basic keyword research and analytics skills to optimize SEO efforts, including site content, links, and meta descriptions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, such as leads, website traffic, social followers, and ad spend ROI, using CRM and Google Analytics.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client issues and work closely with our internal team to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation, with experience across multiple platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong self-motivation and discipline.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule with some overlap during EST business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

- Certifications or training in marketing, social media management, or a related area.
- Experience with CRM systems and other marketing tools.
