This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to provide everyday specialized support for network framework and inner work area frameworks programming and equipment. As a TSG Technician II, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting work area systems, workstations, servers, and network issues. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security, as well as providing technical assistance to PC system users and resolving computer issues in person and via phone, email, chat, and other means.

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour, depending on factors such as market location, work-related experience, skills, and education/training. Employed candidates may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on various factors, including individual performance, business unit performance, and company performance.
