Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions, following the software development life cycle principles
- Develop ETL processes, data models, and analytics dashboards to drive business insights and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications
- Perform migration of AWS SQL Server databases to Azure Synapse, including stored procedures, SSIS packages, and views
- Design and drive reporting project automation using tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Azure Synapse
- Coordinate and manage testing of solutions, including UAT, and post-implementation validation
- Build automation to improve reporting efficiency and quality across systems
- Actively participate in system improvements, including SQL databases, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Anaplan, and other integrated applications
- Perform system maintenance, tuning, troubleshooting, and user support
- Deliver technical documentation, training, and process improvement recommendations
- Partner with planning, operations, customer service, and co-packers to ensure smooth SAP transactions
- Support daily SAP activities for raw materials, production, shipments, and procurement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system integration and communication across platforms
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, focusing on both end-user and operational efficiency
- Monitor business metrics, perform root cause analysis, and develop mitigation plans for pain points
- Align data solutions with broader organizational goals, delivering business value through technology
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of related work experience in supply chain management, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong experience with SAP, SQL, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and data modeling
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions
- Experience migrating databases, stored procedures, and ETL processes to cloud environments
- Familiarity with process automation tools like Power BI, ORI, Anaplan, Power Apps, Microsoft Desktop Automation, and Azure Synapses
- Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate complex solutions effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization

- Experience with AGILE, Python, Workday, and DevOps
- Knowledge of data mining, data modeling, and machine learning
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including Azure and AWS
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau
