As a Content Moderation Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate users and content reported for violations of Patreon's Community Guidelines. When violations are found, you will enforce policy decisions related to content and correspond with users in a timely, empathetic, and high-quality manner. You will also investigate and respond to inquiries from users in areas of responsibility owned by the Trust and Safety team, driving process efficiency and building trust with our users.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine your judgment and communication skills, balancing the need to enforce rules with empathy and understanding for our creators. You will gain a deep understanding of the trust and safety landscape, including content policy enforcement, abusive users, and takedown notices.
